OUTDOOR SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Hannah offers classes in the North-central Austin area. These classes are for all fitness levels – her clients range from first-timers, grandparents, athletes, college students, moms & dads (kids!), young professionals, pregnant/postpartum women, you name it! All have the common goal of working as a team, having fun, and bettering themselves through movement! Classes are one hour and consist of a mix of strength training and cardio. All workouts are trainer-led, with a concentration on ideal form and modifications through injuries.

VIRTUAL WORKOUT PROGRAMS
Join me for at-home virtual workouts in the comfort of your living room or backyard. All you need to participate are your own set of dumbells, a fitness mat, and a full water bottle!
